Thank you to all of you who have donated DvDs and VCR tapes. Shirley Nichols and Barb Hinton set them up by themes. Thanks to them for their hard work. Also thanks to Shirley for being our Librarian and doing a great job of keeping things put back and in order.

Hi Y'all, If the information in the Back in the Saddle message wasn't bad enough, here's some more. The doctors today said the cat scan he had yesterday showed he has some pneumonia. They are giving him antibiotics. No word about surgery. I guess they have to fix the pneumonia first. What next???? I am starting to get pretty scared. He sounds so weak. This will be my last message unless something very serious comes up. You have my cell phone numbers. I will call or use David's computer for any updates. please pray for us. Sincerely, Pat n' Fred P.S. David's E address is davefoose@yahoo.com He can let me know if I need to get back to anyone who is concerned or wants to hear from me. by phone. Huh,David. David lives closest to where I'll be.

We've been up to the Little River Casino for the last week so it was good to catch up on the news from the park. I agree with Marie, you can never have too many karaoke singers. can't wait to get down there again. Sure glad the rain has stopped. We camped at Little River for five days and went on side trips during the week. It was great fun. See all of you soon.

Hey looks like they are coming right along. The front of the club house looks pretty bare. Can't wait to see the finished product. It's good to see some new kareoke singers. We are still pretty flooded in downtown Kalamazoo and have a lot of streets closed. It hasn't rained since Sunday but it is taking a long time for the water to recede as the groundf is so saturated

For those in the park that remember Ethel and Dale Mix, Dale is very ill and with hospice. After 71 years together Ethel will have a big adjustment. Please pray for them.

Well it finally quit raining and we have extensive flooding. My gosh I thought we were going to have to build an ark. It rained from Thursday thru Sunday. The tornado struck the building where my grandson works. They did have some problems with the building but also extensive damage outside to trees and other things like their picnic area. Thank God it hit on the weekend when everyone was gone and no one was hurt. No rain in the forecast now for the next week so maybe we will dry out

Clyde and Lee have decided to rent there place out this winter. Call Gail for detail. Also, There is a rumor going around the park that Pat and Sue Janssen have sold out and are moving here permanently. FALSE... I emailed Sue. They have not sold. This summer they spent time in a cabin/ cottage, but they intend to KEEP there up north place. Sue said they are going to TX for a visit then be down here in Nov. I think maybe when someone was reading the message board, They saw something Sue wrote and then saw something Janice Jackson wrote... saying they has sold and are here permanently and got mixed up. Now we know.
