 The signs and other things that were on the bulliten board will be posted in a place on the screen porch. The prospectus is going to be posted near the drinking fountion to the right of the door going into the kitchen. Can't wait for every one to see if is beautilful. Miss everyone see you soon!

I just watched the slide show, great job on it Renee!! The club house looks Great!! Can't wait to see it in person. Where are all the things that hung on the bulletin board going to be?  I just looked at the sideshow for the newly painted clubhouse again... The color is Terra Cotta it doesn't show well on the pictures. Any way the more I look at it the more I love it! The room has elegance to it.

 We just looked at the slide show. the clubhouse looks GREAT !!!!!!!! Can't wait to use it. All is going well up here in the north. take care of the place until we get there. see all of you this fall.

Yeah!! We're finally done. Gene and I would like to thank Dottie, Renee, Joyce, Nick, Chuck, Mark and Willie for helping a whole lot. Without all of them helping we wouldn't be done yet. I hope all of the residents enjoy the new look. We're going to take a much needed rest. Byeee!!

Tonight I will be posting a slide show of the newly painted clubhouse! We have a few more finishing touches and then it will be ready! You will be surprised and very pleased it turned out lovely. Like anything Bonnie and Gene does. Next week we will touch up paint and the floor, tables and chairs will all be cleaned! Ready to make many more Chula Family Memories!

Please NOTE: Bingo will be Moved to the rec hall next Thursday Aug 6th because the clubhouse will be emptied out for the floors to be stripped, waxed and carpet cleaned on Friday. Then over the week end put it all back together. Nick set every thing up also said while everything is out in the screen room, all the tabled will be cleaned top to bottom along with the chairs. I am not sure if he need help moving or cleaning ask Nick Nichols lot 46 Thanks Renee

On the Managers Blog are photos of items in the storage lot that do not have markings for lot #s or address and are not registered with the office. If any of these items are yours Please notify the office in person or by phone ASAP. Any item remaining unidentified by Aug. 28th will be concidered abandoned and delt with accordingly.

The activities should be back in the clubhouse this week! I know it took a while, but the wait was WORTH it. Thank you to Bonnie R, Gene R, Nick N, Chuck R, Mark B, Dottie S. and Joyce B. for all your hard work along with myself. I was on the committee to negotiate our RENT increase. Dave Marger took into consideration all of the volunteer work that our park does, He said it does not go unnoticed. That is WHY we work hard. We give 110% because we live here, enjoy it and benefit from all our hard work as all the Chula Family does

 Thanks Renee for helping me out with posting the pictures. I really need to take a class on computers for dummies. And of course we will pick you up at the airport. Here are some pictures of the Michigan reunion. I could not figure out how to send them on the web site and of course there are no grandkids around to show me how.haha. We had a great time about 40 people showed. Among them some newcomers Tom and Sarah, Chuck and Kathy Ondo and( Daisy puppy), Clyde and Leona Eckman and Carl and Jo Frisch also new residents John and Virginia Lyons (bought Gails parents mobile). We missed some of our old friends this year Wayne and Aggie and Harold and Dianne and Dave and Helen Cook. We were sorry to hear of Dave's heart problems and all wish him well.but maybe next year. Some of us went to the Casino yesterday in Indiana but there were no big winners. But we all had a good time. Looking forward to seeing all of you in the fall. Again I apologize for not being able to put these on the web site but hopefully you will be able too. Thanks Marie
