The ID with a picture is a requirement from HUD not ours. We much have a copy of a current ID on file in the office that is NOT expired OR if we have your ID along with your birth certificate we never have to ask you again. Thank you

I need current not expired with a Picture: passport, Drivers License or ID card. also your Home Owners Insurance "Declaration Page" it show Personal Liability with a current date. You or your insurance can fax it to the office Fax# 813-645-6438. Insurance is a much it's our Rules & Regulations :Sec C Paragraph 7 states: ALL MANUFACTURED HOMES MUST BE ADEQUATELY INSURED FOR LIABILITY.

If you do not want to pay late fee for rent. Please have your check in the office by the 5th of each month. if the 5th falls on a week end. Checks will be taken on Monday. We take post dated checks in the office to be cashed each month. I have a Jan-Dec file for them. if you mail it and it is post marked the previous month it is good even if late. Bill pay make sure we get them before the 5th. thank you
