renee glad to hear you don't need neck surgery and hope you find someone to remove the wire. weather here as you know is rainy and cold with snow flurries expected this weekend. That should make people rush to Florida so Chula Vista will probably get real busy in the next couple weeks. We hope to leave around the 10th of December if not sooner

Following are the new Water Restrictions. They are in effect until at least the 31st of December. Please follow them to the letter, as we are told that they will be having inspections from time to time, especially in unincorporated areas of the county, which we are. Thanks.

Car Washing Washing of cars, trucks and other mobile equipment is allowed once a week. At a residential property, vehicle washing may occur on Tuesday or Saturday at addresses ending in even numbers, and Wednesday or Sunday at addresses ending in odd numbers. Low-volume methods must be used, such as fitting your hose with an automatic shut-off nozzle. Fund-raising car washes held on behalf of non-profit organizations are allowed, as long as water is used efficiently. Hoses must be fitted with an automatic shut-off nozzle at all times. Back to Top Pressure Washing Pressure washing of buildings or other structures in preparation for painting or other maintenance is allowed. Also allowed is the annual pressure washing of buildings, structures, driveways, sidewalks and other impervious surfaces as part of a planned maintenance program to either maintain a warranty or to prevent a “slip and fall” hazard. Washing or cleaning streets in preparation for a parade or other public event is allowed. Other than these instances, washing or other water-based cleaning of streets and other impervious surfaces is allowed only to meet federal, state or local health and safety standards, such as required dust control.

The "Songbirds" will begin practice this friday at 1:30 at the clubhouse and every Friday thereafter. We're hoping we get a lot of participants so our chorus will really sound good. Our practices will be kept at only 1 hr long. Carol Simmons, Betty Binns and I are all looking forward to the arrival of the snowbirds so we can begin singing for the park at pot lucks, holidays and special occasions. NO ONE will be excluded from joining! Most of what we sing will surely be sing a longs so come and join in on the fun...Thanks, Jan

I would like to set the record straight. Roger and I started to leave the bonfire area and look for questionable people riding bicycles in the park. As we drove onto the road, Roger dropped his beverage and started to reach for it. He lost his balance and fell out of the golf cart and onto the road. Contrary to Roger's story, if he would have hit on me, he would have more injuries than he did!!!!(HA, HA) PS- By the way, I did NOT strain Helen's neck by taking her a ride on the golf cart!!! By the way, Mark is working my butt off but we are getting everything caught up. Sincerely, Candy a.k.a. "Candy Patrick"

Hi, every one. The wii is 199.00 & Ins.will be 30.00 for two years. With so many playing games we do need the insurance. It is a two year waranty on the wii. Being there several people that has the wii we can bring our own controll for the wii. We bought the wii from best buy and got a free CD with I think five more games includeds darts, table hockey, and a few more. We bought two more controls one for bowling, and the other is an extra numb chuck control. As soon as we can get ahold of Colling I will go get the game. I am going see the managher of best buy to see if they will give another CD with the other games. It won't hurt to ask. Finally we have had a break in our weather. Great See U All soon. JAN Any question please ask we want to do whats good for every one.

Hey Renee Hope all goes well on Monday. We are having our dinner and movie on saturday. We are going to watch Marley and Me. Bonnie has planned a great menu. On the 7th we are having a ladies luncheon and movie. I'm making loaded potato soup and everyone is to bring a salad. The movie is Ghosts of girlfriends past or something like that. Diane is having surgery on Oct 2. The weather finally turned a little cooler and is great. Opened my windows. We are going to buy a WII, they are on sale, so we will have one for the clubhouse. I'm going to have new neighbors. Well that's all I can think of for now, maybe some others can add more. I'll try to update as I know more
