Checks will be taken on Monday. We take post dated checks in the office to be cashed each month. I have a Jan-Dec file for them. if you mail it and it is post marked the previous month it is good even if late. Bill pay make sure we get them before the 5th. thank you

We all maintained social distancing , used a ton of hand sanitizer, Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes. Masks were worn when necessary. We would like to thank the biggest participation ever! As the State of Florida phases in the reopening of businesses, the community Owners and Management, in conjunction with the HOA Board of Directors, feel that it is time to follow the State’s lead, and have approved the opening of the community to visitors and guests.
All visitors must go directly to their hosts home and directly out of the community, with no deviation. Visitors and guests enter the community AT THEIR OWN RISK; The Owners, Management, and the HOA Board cannot assure that the area is free of COVID-19. Nor can they assure that any visitors or guests are as well.
VISITORS AND GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED THE USE OF THE AMENITIES! It is imperative that everyone continue to follow the CDC guidelines for social distancing.
The Owners and Management, in conjunction with the HOA Board, reserve the right to close the community to all visitors and guests again should circumstances change regarding the pandemic, or if these rules are not being followed.
Please, stay healthy and safe.
