Your total Lot Rental amount will be the base rent stated as of July 1, 2021, plus any or all of the above amounts if they apply to your lot for any or all months during the next rental year. These fees are explained in Section 8B, C and D of your prospectus.

The effective date of change as noticed herein is July 1, 2021.

New Leases are available at the Park Office.

                   All homeowners are affected by this notice.

If you wish to determine the names and addresses of the individuals who will be receiving notices of rental amount increases in addition to you, the Park Office maintains such a list for your review.

                   The Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association has also been sent a copy of this notice.

If a negotiating committee is appointed to represent the affected mobile homeowners, and the committee wishes to discuss the above charges, the committee must contact the Park Office to schedule a meeting with the Park owner within thirty (30) days of receipt of this notice.
