Ed Rayhon has purchased the home at Lot 202 from Jack and Evelyn Suder. He will be a year round resident.
Bob Gericke has purchased the home at Lot 21 from Patti Kubacki Ciarcia. He will be a year round resident as well.

 I am home! Actually doing Bette than expected. Can use the walker to and from potty seat. Yea potty seat!! Ron getting lots of nursing training. House bound now for six weeks though. Staples out Thurs. Only 3 bilaterals have been done at our Barrie hospital! My doctor is now in Paris, on holiday with his wife. I wonder who paid for that one!! Long physio ahead but he did lengthen my tendons to help with the process! Karen - I'll get a bike too and race you around Bosun!!

 Hi Chula friends,
My first time on here to read what has been going on at Chula. Sounds busy.
Gene wanted me to tell everyone on here that around midnight last night he heard some noise out back on our small deck, it was a bear. They were staring face to face. He opened the slider and yelled at it. About a 150 pounds. Needless to say we had a hard time going back to sleep.

got back from North Carolina on Thursday. Had a great "Grandma" time, but am glad to be home in sunny chulavista. We're going to have a newsletter soon, due to some requests for information on the summer activities planned. Will let you know about the deadline date soon.
