Today was our first offical Trustees Meeting after coffee hour. Thank you to all of you who attended. The meeting was short & sweet. Lasted about 16 minutes. We started with the pledge, then Phil Munroe gave a report that he took the recycled cans in and turned $163.76 into Activities. The Trustees are updating the guideline book with input from Activities, something from FMO and HOA will be in there for all residents to refere to. Coffee hour was explained on volunteers all work together to put it on. I made the mistake of saying we get donuts from Sweet Bay… We now get them from Walmart. Sorry I was sick for 3 weeks, Didn’t know. It all went well, But I joked that at 3:30 am I did it with no mistakes. LOL oh well then I forgot to say Phil Munroe is now Assist Chairperson for Trustees. Thanks Renee
