I think during the regular time two days a week would work out just fine. during holiday season we can deliver every day except sunday. seems to be a good plan.

Sue, I know it won't work for Dec. But maybe the rest of the year try it twice a week. Christmas you need every day with lots of people delivering. Maybe not Sunday, Like you said you have did it a lot, So what ever you think!

The only problem would be a christmas time. the cards already overflow the box during the holiday season and we delivered every day. the rest of the year it would probably not be a problem. just my thoughts based on experience.

Hi everyone, I just had a thought and was talking about it at hot dog Tuesdays... We have "in park mail" What about making just 2 days a week delivery days like Tues and Thurs. and then it would not be so many days of running around. Plus we might get more volunteers If it was only twice a week? What do U think????? Help me out huh?

What can I say but WOW! Thank you for all the hard work in the clubhouse. It looks wonderful. On another note we had a fun picnic of 30 people at Sue and Pat's home in Kalamazoo. It was so good to see some of our Chula. friends. Looking forward to seening the rest of you in Dec. Stella and Gene

Hi all, well we did it again. With the help of BEANNIES we did it again. We were able to raise $3,131 for Roger Marten. Pictures are on the way. I want to thank every one who helped in any way with this fund raise. $3,131.00 is just what Chulavista raised. Donatiion came in the way of dinner tickets, cakes for the cake walk or auction, raffle ticket or just money donations. I here there is a little contrversity in this fund raiser which I am sure you will all here about when the snow birds get back. This moneys were from our own residents. I know you all know Roger Martin, at least you have heard of him. I have been here over 20 years. Roger was often the first to help any one in need of man power. He was there to lend a hand if he could. Oh dear I just aged myself. I am only 50 guys I promise. Take care all can't waite to see you.
