 FYI the phone book is ready for pickup! Thank you to the owner for paying for the cost of printing. We were told if we kept the cost down and did everything our selves we could have a large book each year. Thanks to Carol Simmons for helping type it with me, Thanks to Gail for all the printing. Also to all the ladies who hel[ed put it together, Karen Mages, Sue Burgett, Sandi Kellar, Bonnie Rouston, Jeanie Haines, Gail Raymond, Carol Simmonsplus myself, Renee. Steve stopped for a minute and helped staple. Phone Book will be at Karaoke tonight or you can get them Monday Morning at the Rec, Hall 9-11am OR Tuesday at Coffee and Hot Dog Tuesdays. If you find mistakes (I am sorry! we are only human)or HAVE UDATES see Renee Sammons, All updates will be in the Chattings.

Hi everyone, was so sorry to read that Renee was passing the website "torch" but know Sandi will do her best to keep it "burning" brightly. Renee you do a great job at all you do and it is appreciated! Gary and I are doing well and are starting to think "Chulavista". It won't be long as time is flying.

 I just read the note and was very surprised and sorry Renee That you are giving the web site work up but I understand. It is a very time consuming job that you have done so well at in the past. You'll be missed on this website, Renee. But, you need to lighten your work load. You do SO MUCH in this park it's not funny!!! Thanks for getting the website to where it is--informative and functional. Now Sandy has a good base to make her leap as the new website master. Good Luck to both of you. You are loved!!!

Renee, thanks for all your hard work on this site. I really enjoy it very much, in fact it's one of the main reasons I decided to check out Chulavista in the first place! You will be missed.
I'm sure Sandi will do a great job as well. My daughter, grandaughter and I will be down next week, really looking forward to it.

Dear Chula Family, Thank you for your support for the past 3 1/2 years, I am stepping down from the web site. I feel it needs some NEW blood to spice it up a little and bring life back into it.  I'm giving all a heads-up for the November issues of our Chattings newsletter. It's going to chock full with info on the upcoming winter season. The deadline for articles to be submitted is Saturday, October 23rd. You can e-mail it or put it in the black mailbox by my kitchen door. I live at lot 310, 2530 Turtleback Way, the corner of the cul-de-sac.
Steve is thinking of dressing as a pirate for Halloween. You think it will work for him?
