if you ever have a question about the schedule of activities; please look at the locked cases in the mail areas. Those are correct and have the latest changes if there are any. Hope this helps everyone,

Dear family and friends, I'm taking a moment to let you all know how my Mom is doing. She went to the hospital on Saturday, primarily due to low blood pressure, but after lab work was done, they discovered that she had a number of issues going on - including the major one that her chemo medicine is no longer working and that her white cell count is excessively high, which means she has some kind of infection in her body that, due to lack of red blood cells, is not being fought off very well. So far, they have transfused her with several units of blood and are trying some new meds. They've done about as much as they can do so now we are exploring available options of transferring her to a Rehab facility where she will stay for about a month before returning to our home. We need approval from her insurance company to get her transferred, so hopefully that will come through by tomorrow. If you all want to stay in touch with her, please send e-mails or cards to my e-mail address or home address. I will be gathering the messages and taking them to the nursing home when I go visit. I know she would love to hear from you all - and would love to hear what is going on in your lives. She won't have a phone in her room as she can't hear and it only frustrates her more. Please keep her in your prayers. On Mom's behalf, I'm sending her Love to you all, Carolyn Delaney Elliott PS....for those friends from Ruskin Florida....feel free to pass this to others who may want to know about Mom; I'm afraid that I don't have everyone's address. thank you.

The February newsletter is published, any many of you will soon that your copy in hand. However, some of you will have to wait for your copy until your delivery person returns from the cruise. That will be on Saturday. Sorry about the inconvenience.
