 The tie down enhancement program free funded from a state grant started last Tuesday, they started taking skirting off to see if you need tie downs and checking what was there. Monday morning the will be doing the tie downs, when completely done, they will go around and put the skirting back up. Thank you for your for cooperation. Management Gail and Chuck Raymond.

The key West trip is full if interested sign up on wait list the motel is the Fairway Inn in Florida City Fl. They have a website if you want to check it out

Hey Gail,
I have finalized our tiedown schedule. We will be in the park for skirting removal starting on 5/15/17. Bruce Pullam will be the manager taking care of that. He will stop by the park office and introduce himself when he arrives.
Tiedown installation will begin on 5/22/17. I will be the manager onsite during this process.
Upon completion of tiedowns we will have our state inspection and then skirting reinstallation will begin ( most likely Tues 5/30/17 but possibly sooner).
We are looking forward to working with your park; please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

on the conc train it is a 90 minute narrated tour. I believe the others are narrated tours also.

 Today I was at the car wash and this man was yelling out his window about going for ice cream. I thought I was getting hit on but when I followed him to the ice cream parlor I found out he had his wife with him. Lol. Thanks Lyn and Sue. It was nice to see you and the ice cream was delicious.

There is also the Conc Train which is a 90 tour of Key west. I believe this one time cost is also $27.30 for seniors.

There is a trolley ride in Key West which has 11 different stops. The one time cost of $27.30 for seniors. Not sure if there is a group rate or not. But you can get on and off at any of the eleven stops all day at no extra charge. There is also a grey bus which is new that cost is $20 I think it is more like a tour of the area.

Due to the overwhelming response to the Key West trip we will be having a second bus. We have 56 signed up so far and room for 90. We will need a deposit of $25 per person by Sept 1. Make checks payable to Tours4You and give to Karen Sarley or Dottie Steele Thank you oh yes you make invite another friend or couple to go with you.

i have a question.Who writes the checks in your family? Do you as a couple go over everything? If something happened to you, the person who pays the bill, would your other half have a clue what to do. Willie and I have always sat down together.he gets the bills ready and I write the check. We have so many when there spouse passes away that don't have a clue. Do your self a favor, Talk to them and let them know what's going on. Thank you and God Bless
