As the State of Florida phases in the reopening of businesses, the community Owners and Management, in conjunction with the HOA Board of Directors, feel that it is time to follow the State’s lead, and have approved the opening of the community to visitors and guests.
All visitors must go directly to their hosts home and directly out of the community, with no deviation. Visitors and guests enter the community AT THEIR OWN RISK; The Owners, Management, and the HOA Board cannot assure that the area is free of COVID-19. Nor can they assure that any visitors or guests are as well.
VISITORS AND GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED THE USE OF THE AMENITIES! It is imperative that everyone continue to follow the CDC guidelines for social distancing.
The Owners and Management, in conjunction with the HOA Board, reserve the right to close the community to all visitors and guests again should circumstances change regarding the pandemic, or if these rules are not being followed.
Please, stay healthy and safe.

 Golf cart poker run sign up sheets are at the mailboxes,clubhouse and rec hall. The run is on July 3rd at noon. There will be 4 food stops and 4 game stops. Extra cards can be won at the game stops. If permitted we will all meet in the club house with masks and social distancing. Other wise will meet in golf carts at the club house. Cost is $5 per person.

I will be in the office behind locked doors or at Dr's appointment. Because of low white blood count I am quarantined at home. I don't see the Dr until August... its gonna be a long summer. I will from time to time back my golf cart out to the rec. hall lawn to get a few minutes of sun. Please remember social distancing. Also Please keep me in your prayers. God Bless the Chula Family!

We got home at 11:45P.M. last night, after driving 1,070 miles with only one problem of road construction on I-95 south of DC.(4 lanes had to squeeze to 1 lane) In stop and go traffic for about 1 hour. We left the park at 6:45 A.M., so made good time.
