An Ocean Walk Resort Condo Rental is the best way to enjoy all the amenities of the Ocean Walk Resort in a roomy comfortable condo at a great price.  Unlike a typical hotel room, this vacation rental gives you a spacious home environment.  Condo #1811 offers you the most space you can find in a Ocean Walk Condo. There are two complete kitchen's and dinning areas available that will seat up to 10.. this unit is perfect for a large or 2 family vacation rental as per each family can be together and have there own private ocean accommodations.
 This beautiful condominium can be rent as a two bedroom with a den, or a three bedroom with the den & living room being the third bedroom, or two complete one bedroom condominiums.  Both have kitchens, living rooms (with queen sleeper sofas), two  washer/dryer areas, and a large dinning room in The "A" unit side.
The master bedroom in (unit 1811A) has a king bed and large relaxing jacuzzi tub with window overlooking the ocean. The living room has a flat screen TV and a sliding glass doors out to the balcony which look out over the beach, ocean, and historic band shell.  The living room also has a queen sleeper in it.
The bedroom in (unit 1811B) has 2 double beds, queen sleeper sofa in the den, with it's own private bathroom, tub - shower.  The kitchen has full size appliances pots - pans with all cooking utensils included.  The den can be your third bedroom with the queen sleeper in it. This unit is perfect for a 2 family vacation as per each can be together and have there own private ocean accommodations.  Free wifi in the condo!

The Ocean Walk Resort boasts the largest commercial pool deck on the east coast with 3 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 3 outdoor Jacuzzis, a "Lazy River" kid's aquatic island playground, indoor put-put golf, fitness center, many children & adult activities. The infamous band shell is in the background of this fabulous resort with many outdoor performances and competition's amenities at this resort surpass anything in Daytona Beach!
Connected to the Ocean Walk Resort ( just steps from your door ) by an indoor hallway are the Ocean Walk Shoppes complete with a 10 screen high-tech movie theater, The Bubba Gump shrimp house, Adobe Gilas - casual foods and bar, Johnny Rockets, Starbucks, Mai Tai, severing exotic drinks with outdoor oceanfront seating, and various beach clothing shops on 3 open-air floors opening up to the beach, boardwalk and historic band shell.
Our weeks run Saturday to Saturday. However, please call for availability and rates if looking for a shorter term stay or last minute special.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availability.

CLEANING & SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A $75 departure cleaning fee will be charged at time of reservation.
The security deposit required upon booking will be $300, the deposit will be applied towards to your rent.
