To become a Doctor of Chiropractic, we must complete a 4 year undergraduate program in science/pre-med, followed by a 4 year program in an accredited Chiropractic college.  Our education parallels a MD's, with extensive work in anatomy, phyisology, chemistry, pathology, and diagnosis, with the exception of pharmacology. We serve a one year internship in a large chiropractic clinic affiliated with our college.  We are required to pass a four-part National Board Examination, which we take over a two year period; therefore, all chiropractors are "Board Certified".
