Dave Marger 07-14-2023 12:05:13 PM EST I am sure many of you are aware that Dale and Shelly have decided to spend more time with the grandkids, and they will be leaving us in August. It has been a pleasure working with Dale and Shelly. They were more than managers for Chulavista Landings. Dale and Shelly operated the Community with complete dedication and commitment. One reason they took the position was to make Chulavista the best it could be for all of the residents, and they certainly did that in a short period of time. Dale and Shelly will certainly be missed, and I personally thank them for their dedication. I put my head on my pillow every night knowing that Chulavista was in good hands. Thanks again for taking such good care of our Community! Our new managers will be Bill and Debi Nikitas. Bill and Debi are no strangers to Chulavista. Perhaps you remember them when they were residents and Bill was a former employee. Since leaving Chulavista, the Nikitas have been RVers traveling and working at various campgrounds. Bill’s maintenance skills and prior knowledge of the workings of Chulavista made it a no-brainer when they let us know they were interested in the position. Debi has extensive knowledge in office management and Real Estate, and I am confident they are up to the challenge of their new responsibilities. I hope you will be available on JULY 30, 2023, at 3:00 PM to say Hello to Bill and Debi and join me in thanking Dale and Shelly for their commitment and fantastic job they did here at Chulavista Landings.
