A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks.

Kundalini Yoga & Sound

We will be practicing kundalini yoga poses to balance your Chakras & empower you. Gentle Stretches, affirmations and breath work for the body and mind. While in the yoga pose you will receive kundalini Reiki & sound healing. The movement in your body will create movement in your life enabling us to reach a higher state of consciousness and mental clarity.
The answers to your own happiness lies within. You will notice your inner world and the changes that are taking place. At the end of the class, we will vibrate with truth. Recommend for individuals who want to improve circulation and decrease stress. Class ends with Sound Bath with Gongs and singing bowls. This is a beginner Kundalini Yoga.

Learn to be a tea leaf reader
Learn the history of tea leaf reading.
We will delve into setting your intentions for clarity and focus to be able to tune into your client and trusting your intuition and judgment. We will go through actual practice with samples from participating individuals. We will also begin discussion on "the wish".

Dawn will be explaining the ritual of connecting to your client, & the making of the wish.
Each person drinks a cup of tea as a learning experience and exchanges with another participant to learn to “see” the symbols or visions presented in the cup as well as the particular “feeling” that you get as the medium doing the interpretation. This would not be a “reading” for each other, but a way to see what the cups may present and the differences among them.

Full Moon - Sound Immersion
Sound Immersion during the Full Moon provides an opportunity to connect with our inner wisdom and nature. The Full Moon can heighten the activity of the mind, amplifying conscious thoughts as well as sub-conscious to the surface / conscious mind.
Astrologically, full moons are known for bringing emotions, energy, and tensions to a boiling point — which is why we might notice more drama happening in our lives during these periods. However, the energy of the full moon can also be harnessed to help us let go of things, bring matters to a conclusion, or give our projects a boost.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your favorite yoga mat, blanket, or pillow.

Cord Cutting - Group Ceremony
Cords are energetic connections that link us to other people, places, objects, thoughts, or beliefs. They are invisible connections. But think of these cords like a network of spider webs connecting us with literally every person we have ever interacted with… friends, lovers, family, employers. Each cord has energy going into it from both ends. The strength of the cord or connection depends upon how much energy (healthy or toxic) we give it, and how much energy we allow from the other end. When there is an unhealthy connection, there is an imbalance in the relationship.
Imbalances can affect mood, feelings of dependency, anger, anxiety, resentment, mistrust, fear, feeling drained, obsessive thinking. These tendencies flow over into all areas of our lives.

How Does Ionic Foot Detox System Work?
