Village Resources Inc. is a real estate investment company that was established in 1970 and until 2000 conducted its activities mostly in Eastern and Central North Carolina. Some of our early investments were in apartment complexes, rest homes, day care centers and mobile home parks. Since 2000 Village Resources has been acquiring U.S. Post Office facilities.

The purpose of this website is to inform you as to who we are and what we do but, mostly to solicit the purchase of your post office facility or other government leased property.
Since we are also involved in general aviation we can quickly evaluate properties anywhere in the country.
