By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using TipTopWebsite.com, you ("Customer," "you," "your") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
TipTopWebsite.com provides website hosting, website-builder tools, and domain name registration services.
Website design, custom coding, content entry, or management of your website content is not included unless purchased as a separate service.
You are responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining your website using the tools provided.
2. Domain Names
When you register a domain through us, it is purchased from a third-party registrar on your behalf and we will charge a $25/year domain renewal fee to your account.
Newly registered domains are locked by registrars for 60 days and cannot be transferred during this period. This is an industry standard and not controlled by TipTopWebsite.com.
After 60 days, you may request a transfer for a $40 administrative fee.
If your account is canceled, the domain will be removed from our account and, once released by the registrar, may become available to the public. We cannot guarantee you will be able to re-purchase it.
3. Billing & Payments
All plans are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle.
New sign-ups are eligible for yearly billing only. Monthly billing is not offered for new accounts.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees until you cancel.
Payment is due at the time of order; services begin after payment is received.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or closure of your account and removal of your website.
Taxes, regulatory, or pass-through fees may apply where required by law.
4. Refund Policy
New hosting customers may cancel within the first 3 days for a full refund of hosting fees.
Domains are non-refundable once registered, as they are purchased from third-party registrars.
After the trial period, all fees are non-refundable.
If we issue a refund, related services may be disabled or deleted as part of the cancellation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Maintain accurate account, billing, and contact information.
Safeguard your login credentials and restrict access to authorized users.
Ensure your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
Back up your content regularly. While we may perform routine backups for operational purposes, you are solely responsible for retaining copies of your content.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our services to:
Host, distribute, or link to malware, phishing, exploits, or scams.
Infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or run unsolicited marketing campaigns.
Engage in illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure or others' use of the services.
Attempt unauthorized access, scanning, or testing of systems or networks.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account and website without refund.
7. Support & Communications
Support is provided for platform availability and basic use of our tools.
Custom website work, content entry, coding, or consulting are not included.
Abusive, threatening, harassing, or excessive/constant emails or messages to staff or support are prohibited.
We may limit or discontinue support interactions that violate this standard and may suspend or close accounts for repeated or severe violations.
8. Cancellation & Account Closure
You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
Upon cancellation, your website and associated data may be deleted and cannot be restored.
We may suspend or close accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Closure of an account does not entitle you to refunds beyond our stated Refund Policy.
9. Service Availability & Maintenance
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
We are not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
10. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. By hosting it with us, you grant us a limited license to store and serve it as needed to provide the services.
Our software, platform, templates, and brand elements are protected and may not be copied, modified, or reverse-engineered.
You are responsible for having all rights and permissions necessary for the content you upload or publish.
11. Copyright/DMCA
If you believe content hosted through our services infringes your copyright, please send a notice including: (a) identification of the work; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact info; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may close repeat-infringer accounts.
12. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipTopWebsite.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the service at issue in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TipTopWebsite.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Miscellaneous

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TipTopWebsite.com regarding the services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
Age. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the services.
