Texas racers who wish to apply for an ORC Club rating can complete the following steps:
1.  Fill out and submit the online ORC Club application form        http://www.orc.org/clubapplication.htm
2.  Print a completed copy of your online application form

3.  Mail it with a check for $60, payable to International Competition Fund

For boats that are renewing or have changes to make to their ORC Club Certificate:
1.  Contact  the fleet administrator requesting a renewal and list the changes if any.
2.  The fleet administrator will forward the changes to the ORC handicapper.
3.  ORC will send the new certificate to the Fleet Administrator

4.  The Fleet Administrator will then contact the owner to secure payment before the certificate is released.
