Membership

Membership in the American Legion is open to all honorably discharged veterans who have served at least one day of active duty during the following dates:

August 2, 1990 - Until cessation of hostilities as determined by the U.S. Government.
December 20, 1989 - January 31,1990
August 24, 1982 - July 31,1984
February 28, 1961 - May 7, 1975
June 25, 1950 - January 31, 1955
December 7, 1941 - December 31, 1946
April 6, 1917 - November 11, 1918

Membership Dues $40.00

Membership in the American Legion Auxiliary is open to:

• A woman who is eligible for membership in the American Legion is also eligible to join the American Legion Auxiliary.
• The mother, wife, daughter, sister, grand-daughter, great grand-daughter or grandmother of members of the American Legion and deceased veterans who served in the United States Armed Forces during the listed war eras.
• Step relatives are also eligible.

Membership Dues $23.00 (2019)

Membership Dues $ 27 (2020)
Junior Auxiliary (up to 18 years old) Membership Dues $6.00

Membership in the Sons of the American Legion is open to all male descendants (sons and grandsons) of any veteran who served in the United States Armed Forces during the listed war eras.
