Joe,I wanted to thank you for renting to us last week at Ocean Walk Resort.  We had such a fabulous time and wish we were still there.  The unit worked out perfectly for our family.  We have already discussed returning for our Spring Break next year.  I was curious if you could give us any rates for 2 or 3 bedrooms for next year.  It would be for the dates of April 2nd-April 9th, 2016.  We also are trying to talk a couple of other families into also coming and renting as well.  We would obviously give them your name and information.

Hi Joe,
Finally back home from the Avatar Wizard course and our stay in your beautiful condos.  I wanted to personally thank you for renting to us and making the switch between the two units as seamless as was possible.  The condos met our needs perfectly….we were grateful for that and thrilled to be able to stay at such a nice resort which was also so convenient to our course at the Ocean Center.
I know the next course  it is a year away, but, In the event the course is in Daytona Beach next year, we would love to stay in one of your condos again.  Hopefully we will be able to get a 3 bedroom for the whole time!

I wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo over Christmas break.  We greatly enjoyed our time at Ocean Walk!  The condo was nice and roomy and all of the staff were so nice.  It was a beautiful place with a wonderful beach (it was almost 80 degrees and sunny for two of the days we were there!).Thanks so much for sharing your place.  Being there was very relaxing and a wonderful Christmas present!

Just to follow up on our visit. We had a great time. The weather was great, a bit breezy, but sunny and nice. Your place is beautiful and thank you for allowing us to use it. We had a great time. We walked the beach, swam in the ocean, pool and lazy river. We visited the shops and ate at Joe's. We watched the sun rise both mornings. The view was fantastic and at a perfect level. We could see everything from the balcony and not hear the people. We are already talking about coming back soon.

Here is a photo I wanted to share of the red fish my son caught off the pier.  It weighed about 40 pounds and it was the biggest fish he has caught off that pier.  In case you ever have people ask about the fishing from there.

Hi Joe, Sorry it's taken so long, we've been very busy since we got back, but I wanted to let you know we had a great time!  The Condo was wonderful and the resort itself offered everything you could need.  We had no issues other than a slow drain in the main shower.

We just got back from our latest trip to Daytona.  We stayed in Unit 1501.  Again, we were pleased with the unit.  We are now planning our next trip, and we want to use one of your units.
This time, I need two 2 bedroom condos, or a 3 bedroom along with a 1 bedroom.  I need 4 bedrooms.  Can you send me links to the units you have available for May 22 (check-in) - May 26 (check-out)?
We have stayed in three of your units (604, 811, and 1501), and we have never been disappointed.

Hi Joe,
As we near the end of our four-day stay , just wanted you to know that we love this condo! It is very well cared for and, of course, the complex is fantastic. We caught our share of the cold blast yesterday and today (today just in the low 40s), but we had a great Saturday night, all day Sunday and Monday morning weather-wise. And I'll take 45 over minus 15 (back home in Wisconsin) any day. Thanks.

Just a brief note to thank you for letting us use your condo from 28 to 30 August.  We had a wonderful time; the accommodations were great; the weather was very cooperative. Thank you for letting us check in early and check out late.  All of our family had a grand time and are already talking about doing this again next September (after Labor Day).  Our son who lives in Rome, NY, had never been to Daytona Beach and was very impressed.  Our youngest daughter had some stories to tell about the bandshell in the late 80s (she was in high school in Ocala), and other adventures at the beach.  As the old line goes, "a good time was had by all".
A couple of things impressed us--the condo itself, of course, and the desk staff was really accommodating.

 I just wanted to take a minute to Thank You for helping me reserve your Condo for our mini vacation!  Our condo was AWESOME!  We had a very nice time....the only complaint was we didn't get to stay long enough!  We are thinking of taking another get-a-way starting on Sept 12th and Checking out Sept 16th and wanted to check with you first on availability.  If you have a 2 or 3 BR let me know the cost.  If not, please let me know if you know of someone else we can check with. We took a little extra time to clean up and and leave the unit as close to to the way we found it as possible....please let me know if there were any issues!

My family really enjoyed their stay at your condo.  Thank you for all the attentiveness!  I appreciated the expedient fix of the patio lock.  The replacement dishwasher was totally unexpected.  My wife said that when she spoke to you that you asked her to report back to you after our stay on what else is necessary for that room.  Nothing much, really.  For people like us, Thank you for a fun vacation!  Please let me know if there is anything you would ask of us so we can be better guests.

I did want to let you know that I think there might be a problem with the air or maybe the thermostat.  It has said since we got here that the temp in the condo is 70. It is probably more like 78 and it is also very humid. We have it set on 76. Everything in the condo seems damp too. We keep the door closed and the curtain closed. I just wanted to let you know.

As you know this was our 4th summer vacation having the joy & privilege of renting our beloved #1310!  When we get there, as we’re walking into the beautifully decorated foyer Frank & I always say “Hello we’re home!” because that’s truly how we feel!!!
Needless to say, everything was immaculate and beautifully appointed as always!  Our granddaughter spent almost every day with us so we were exhausted each evening and more than glad to have your beautiful unit to return to after she left for the day!  The free WiFi is such a bonus and came in handy for our granddaughter’s visits as well!
Can’t wait to get back to #1310 for our June vacation in 2014!!!

Hi Joe,
I just wanted to tell you the condo was great as always during our stay.
The bait shop that I told you about is off Main Street.  You turn right on Main St and go over the bridge and it is down on the left.  It is called The Fishing Hole. In case you ever have any future tenants ask where you can buy bait from.  I attached a couple of photos of sharks that my son caught off the pier next to the resort.
