There are two complete kitchen's and dinning areas available that will sleep up to 10 people.   This unit is perfect for a large or 3 family vacation rental as per each family can be together and have there own private ocean front accommodations.  Free wifi in the condo.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed and is oceanfront with a beautiful spa tub and spacious Master Shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed.  The second guest bedroom has two double beds.  There are four TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. You'll enjoy taking that first cup of fresh brewed coffee and watching the sunrise over the ocean on your private balcony. Since this fabulous resort is right on the sand, it's easy to make quick runs to your room throughout the day, for snacks or breaks from the sun.
Indoor and outdoor putting greens, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults ( including the pleasant - sounding "ladies pampering days" ) round this resort out. Just south of the resort is the historic Coquina band shell, which often hosts free concerts. If you're gusty, strap yourself into one of the scream-inducing thrill rides at the DAYTONA BEACH PIER.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a later date may be considered, based on availability.
