Return Policy Form

Customer satisfaction is one of our goals. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we would like to know about it. If something is wrong, we will do what we can to make it right. If you purchase one of our "base" (non-customized) products, we will be more than happy to guarantee your satisfaction with a return, exchange or refund (less S/H)

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within five (5) business days after you have received your purchase. Only returns with original sales receipt will be eligible for a return.

All customized orders are "Special" orders and are NOT eligible for exchange or return unless there is a legitimate defect in the merchandise.

To return or exchange items:

1. Include Return Form, make a copy for your records.

2. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by filling in the bottom of the return form.

3. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible

4. Include a SASE (self addressed,stamped envelope) if exchanging your purchase.
