Customer Order Form

Our items that are custom made for you, can be made in a variety of colors,sizes and styles.

We specialize in customizing for the customer. Because made to order items are ordered specifically for you, custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange. We will quote the price of each product ordered. All custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit with your order, balance due upon completion, plus S/H charges.

Cancellations must be made within 2 days after order has been placed. After 2 days, custom orders are not cancelable. If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please contact us via email at customerserv@kymahniwearonline.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. We recommend you make sure that the item(s) you have customized is 100% of what you honestly want to receive. Your satifaction is important to us.

Every item at Kymahni Wear, is hand crafted. Production time frames vary depending on item(s) ordered. We make every effort to have your order shipped in a timely manner.

Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
