How can I choose a color? 

Each page offers a color chart. You can see what color belongs to which color number by simply clicking the color chart thumbnail to enlarge it. Then browse through the available colors. When you find what color you want to order, you will need to type that number in the "color number" box on the product page. If you can not see the number for any reason please contact us 24/7 via email or just type in the color you see ( red, blue, yellow etc.) in the "color number" box, and we will select the number for you. Example if you want color number 123 but not sure if the number is 123 but you want a yellow beanie, just type "yellow" in the box.

How can a customer pick the colors for the stripe beanies?  

When you view the color chart on the stripe beanie and block beanie pages, the color combination will be located above the colors. Stripe color number format will look like xxx-xxx-xxx and block color number xxx-xxx format. Just type the numbers above the color combination in the " color number" box. For custom combos please fill out a custom order form, found on the Custom Order page.

When will my order be processed? 

If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday - Saturday before 2pm PST will ship out the same day. All other orders after 2pm, will ship on the following day. WE DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons and more information may be requested to provide proof of identity. These reasons are subject to change at any time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Your order will generally be shipped 3 to 5 days . However time varies depending on product availability.

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

YES! We ship to most international destinations.

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery restrictions in your country. Not all shipping methods may be available. Exact shipping prices are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process. Additional fees such as taxes, may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from FEDX and your local customs department.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit / Check cards, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Purchasing with a money order/check is just as easy as placing a regular order with your Credit Card or ATM debit Card. Here are the steps on how to place your order with an money order:

1. Select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and place them in your shopping cart.

2. Continue through the checkout procedure (filling in your information) until the last page where you enter your credit card information.

3. Print this screen which will have your subtotal amount. Mail that sheet of paper along with your money order/check. You will receive a email confirmation that your payment was received and that your item will be shipped. If you did not provide a email, please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive your payment. **All money orders and checks must be in US funds or they will be returned.**

I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?  

Yes, we do issue price adjustments, however your order must have been placed no more than 7 days before the price change was made. Please have your invoice # ready and contact our Customer Service Department to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment. Your inquiry must be made within the 7 day window; inquiries made after will be denied. Price adjustments will not be issued if your order has already received a discount (including price adjustments, promotional codes, etc...)

I just placed my order, but I forgot to use the promotional code. What should I do?

 Once an order is placed, a promotional code CANNOT then be applied. Please call customer service immediately to cancel the order and then replace it using the promotional code. We are sorry, but if your order has been processed and shipped out we can not apply the discount.

Can I buy wholesale or in bulk from  

Sorry, but Kymahni Wear is a retail store were 100% of our products are all made solely by Kymahni and we do not sell wholesale. You are welcome to place a large order with us, but you will pay the prices that you see on the website.

If I find a better price at another website, will match it?   

We believe you'll find the best selection and the best prices here at But if you find a good deal you think we should know about, please contact our Customer Service Department at . We'll look into it and let you know. However our items are 100% hand crocheted and hand crafted, on our site you pay for Kymahni's quality products.

If I buy an item online, can I return it at one of Kymahni Wear walk-in locations?

Sorry, but if you place your order online, your merchandise must be mailed back to us for return processing. You will not be able to take it to one of the walk-in locations.

Are the items sold on the website the same as what's available in person?

Yes! here at we carry many of the same items in person that we offer online. If we dont have a product already made, Kymahni will crochet that product "Fresh Off The Hook". However Kymahni offers her one of a kind or sale items in person. Therefore our selection and prices vary.
