30 Day Notice to Vacate

 I (we), _______________________________________________________, do hereby give notice to vacate the Property stated above, I (we) do acknowledge that I (we) are responsible for rent for 30 days from the day this notice is received by management, or until the end of my (our) lease period, which ever is longer. If the term of the lease is not fulfilled I (we) understand the security deposit will be forfeited.

 

IF MOVING BEFORE EXPIRATION OF OUR LEASE I (WE) ARE AWARE THAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 1. ALL RENTS DUE UNTIL RENTED OR THE EXPIRATION OF OUR LEASE 2. ALL UTILITY BILLS 3. ADVERTISING COSTS 4. DIFFERENCE IN RENTS FROM WHAT A NEW TENANT IS PAYING (EXAMPLE: YOU PAY $595.00 - - NEW TENANT PAYS $550.00, YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR $45 PER MONTH UNTIL THE END OF YOUR LEASE) 5. ALL MOVE OUT CHARGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLEANING, CARPET CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, AND LAWN CARE IF APPLICABLE. 6. PAY BACK ANY MOVE-IN SPECIALS YOU RECEIVED WHEN YOU MOVED IN. ALL OF THE ABOVE IS ALREADY IN YOUR LEASE.

 

If other roommates are on the lease agreement and are staying I (we) understand I (we) are not receiving any portion of the deposit back. Also if our lease is not fulfilled, I (we) are aware I (we) are not released from this current lease without a notarized letter from all remaining tenants on this lease releasing I (we) from this lease.

 

I (we) will be completely moved out and will turn in the keys to Cobblestone Property Management no later than (date)____________________________. If keys are not surrendered by this day I (we) understand I (we) will be charged for rent for each day until keys are returned. The security deposit will be refunded no later than 30 days after Cobblestone receives possession of said property. If improper keys are returned, Cobblestone will charge tenant to re-key property. If said property is found abandoned, Cobblestone will charge tenant to re-key. Any changes to the move out date must be submitted in writing. During the period of this notice I (we) are aware that Current Tenants will be showing the property to possible future tenants, providing reasonable notice is given.
