This puppy is sold as pet quality. No guarantee is made as to size, color, disposition, confirmation, working ability, or breeding ability.


This puppy is guaranteed to be free of Parvo and/or Distemper for a period of 10 days.  This guarantee does not cover accidental injury.


In the unlikely event of this puppy’s death, a statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming such an event is required.  If cause is unknown or questionable, an autopsy is required before any action will be taken.


The buyer must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of purchase.  Upon examination, if the vet finds any life-threatening illness in the puppy, the purchaser has the right to return the puppy for a replacement puppy of equal value. A statement or a report of life-threatening illness from a licensed veterinarian and all original papers must be returned along with the puppy for replacement, providing the puppy has sustained no injury after the buyer took possession.


The breeder further guarantees this puppy for 12 months (from date of birth) against life-threatening defect is found, the breeder will replace this puppy with another of the same breed, quality, and sex.  The replacement will be subject to availability of the buyer. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to a hereditary problem and not due to accident or illness.

The buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore is not covered: Umbilical Hernia, Inguinal Hernia, Undescended Testicle, Underbite/Overbite, Pinched Nostrils.  

Buyer also understands that seller will not be responsible for veterinary bills, shipping, legal or any other expenses incurred in connection with the care of this puppy or the execution of this contract at any time.


This guarantee is null and void if:

1)       The buyer does not maintain preventative care of the puppy/dog, including, but not limited to inoculations, internal parasites, and heartworm preventative medicine.

2)       The puppy/dog has been bred

3)       This contract is not signed and returned to me within two (2) weeks of purchasing the puppy.

4)       The puppy is sold or ownership is transferred to another person.


This written agreement is a binding contract entered into in the State of Missouri, County of Putnam, according to and by Missouri State Law and is the entire agreement between the Buyer and Seller concerning the health and conditions or loss of this puppy.  By signing below, both Buyer and Seller confirm they have read and understood the terms and conditions of the above contract, and they agree to the terms herein.
