When you seem to have leveled-off on your weight loss, a "Steak Day" is a choice. Consider doing this, when your weight has not decreased in 4 to 6 days. Remember, you may have days you don't lose weight as measured by your scales but you may be losing 'inches'. Don't get discouraged..... just STAY on the diet, and in a day or two, you wil see the weight drop !

11:00 am- 1 large apple
1:00- 1:30 pm- 10 drops of hCG
4:30 pm- 10 drops of hCG
5:30- 6:00 pm- 6 oz. steak and 1 tomato.
