S. Military Identification Card a U.S. Passport or Foreign Passport a State or Federal issued employment card with your photo, etc.  We can not proceed with the notarization of any legal document without proper government issued photo identification at the time of notarizing any document.  Presenting a U.S. Social Security Card or a voter registration card are not sufficient for identification because they lack a photo image of the presenter. Can a Notary Public certify all government issued documents?
