My name is Paula Quick and I am the world's first and only Holistic Bridal Consultant.  Based in Richmond, Virginia, I am certified in Reflexology, Life Coaching, Aromatherapy and Feng Shui. I've been in business since 1999 (full time since 2004). My lifestyle companies include Quickscents Aromatherapie and Quick Works Wellness, LLC.

Bridal Suite Reflexology is different from anything you have ever experienced.  When you just want to get away from the stresses of planning your wedding, whether it is in my Healing Loft or the comfort of your own home, the venue becomes your own private relaxation suite, completely choreographed with candles, aromatherapy, fountains, essential oils, heavenly music and a peaceful environment.

When I hold your foot, it is like holding your soul in my hands. I do not combine Reflexology with any other body work so my focus is totally on your feet, hands and ears.  And giving glory to God first, my clients absolutely LOVE their sessions with me. I have paid top dollar for Reflexology sessions and what I can tell you is that if Oprah, J-Lo and the other Hollywood superstars knew the quality of Reflexology they could get from me they would be clamoring to fly me out for I am not just giving you Reflexology, I am giving you a total relaxation experience.

Now I am ready to share with YOU, the bride-to-be, this beautiful gift so that you may prepare for and go into your wedding day feeling peaceful, calm and that all is right with the world. The time for this kind of nurturing is not a week befor your wedding but throughout the entire wedding planning process.

Your Own "Bridal Suite"

More private, personal and intimate than a trip to the proverbial day spa, which is always a treat, for sure, the "Bridal Suite" is where you can literally put your feet up and feed your mind, body and spirit during this exciting, yet stressful time, and genuinely be the authentic you amongst all the wedding planning and oftentimes chaos. Best intentions aside, it can be very difficult to have that "peaceful, easy feeling" when you have 12 bridesmaids (all with different stories and drama) running around the place! What you get with Bridal Suite Reflexology is deeply profound and an experience that goes beyond mere bricks and mortar --  bordering on the transcendental.

Your sessions can be scheduled at any time throughout your engagement (I recommend a minimum of once a month), and more frequently during the six weeks before your wedding. I highly recommend that you have Reflexology the day of your wedding with customized aromatherapy because you're going to be on your feet a long time! By the time I get done with your feet they will feel like you have stepped out of cotton and mentally you will feel like you have stepped out of cloud. You'll want to have me on hand for your reception and oh, and don't forget when you come back from your honeymoon!

I also offer bridal coaching, aromatherapy consultations, and I can even feng shui your home to help get you and your spouse off to a merry start. From then on, you can make Reflexology a part of your life, scheduling sessions on a regular basis to help you adjust to the ups and downs of married life. Many people have found that Reflexology has helped them to conceive.  And don't forget your fiance'/spouse - most men love reflexology, as well. In essence I go from "feet to first" with the bride to be.  With reflexology as the foundation, I will stay with the bride to be through her first home, first anniversary, first child, first everything!
