    SUNBIRD LANE VACATION VILLA is located in the tranquil yet handy Clear Creek development of Woodridge, (Country side fresh air, lakes, orange groves and views of vallys along drives). 

DISNEY WORLD! is only one exit Ten minutes away from the villa.  Also over 25 golf courses, Universal Studios, Sea World and lots more.  The Super Wal*Mart is one stop light, (six minutes away). 

Starting at the main entrance of the development there are many stores, five minutes away for example : Pizza shop (they deliver too), Hair salon, Dentist, Post Office (State Of The Art), Winn Dixie Supermarket, Gas Station just to name a few.  Along the 192 seven minutes away there are lots of resturants to choose from Burger King, Taco Bell, Mc Donalds, Chilli's and more...Also more attractions, 99 cents store, souvenirs and gift shops. 

There are rows of Palm Trees lining the streets as you drive along.  The Villa is built on a Nature Reserve.  You can watch different species of bird life in the sylvan from the deck and while swimming in the super sized screened solar and electric (your option) heated pool, (you can swim by the pool light in the dark),  for example Cranes, Herons, Turkey Buzzaeds and Woodpeckers.  Tip : Bring your camera, binoculars and opera glass.
